DDA Services & Contracts

The Coopersville DDA hires a snowplow service for the Downtown Coopersville area and North DDA parking Lot. The DPW oversees these services. 

2026 – 2028 Snowplow Request for Bid

The Coopersville DDA hired McKenna for a DDA TIF and Development update to coincide with the City of Coopersville Master Plan update McKenna was hired to complete.

The Downtown Businesses receive refuse service and are assessed a unit fee based on the contract.
